Thanks to the grace of God, I would like to thank you for standing in the land of Toronto in 1983 with the church of ministers (Pastor Kim In - Chul, Pastor) and the beautiful temple.
The tears and hardships of the first generation will lead to the blessings of the next generation, and the roots and fruits of that faith will continue.
Now, in 2005, Pastor Lee Yo-whan came to the second ministry of KyeongKwang Church and is renewing his mission as "The Church of Salt and Light".
Now, in order to move toward another new 30 years, our church will move forward with the following four motto with the 2030 Project.
1. Worship and Word Church (Word - Worship & QT)
2. The church preparing for the next generation (Education - Future)
3. Church to the Neighbors (Serve - Openness)
4. The Church of the Nations (Mission - Outreach)
It is now necessary to find the original essence and mission of the church,
1) Take your life in worship and the Word
2) Be prepared for the next generation, and for your mission as a light,
3) I show a pattern of service to my neighbors, not just my church.
4) It is to promote the diversification of mission in accordance with the Lord's command to reach the end of the earth and to be witnesses.
This very mission requires prayer and cooperation from all the Saints.
I pray that all of us will be the precious church that gives glory to God alone.
